1.Flexo Satin Label Printing Machine can print multi rolls at the same time, It depends mainly on the width of the material.

2.It is used for flexo label printing in polyester satin ribbons, cotton tape , woven label, nylon tape, paper, garment wash care labels.

 

Feature:

 

During the operation of the satin label printing machine, the ink roller transfers the appropriate amount of ink to the flexographic plate die, which then directly imprints the material. The matching plate cylinder can be converted to change the printing length as needed.

The satin label printing machine operates at high speed, producing exquisite and uniformly printed fields. The printed material is washable and meets international environmental standards.

Printing principle:

When the roller rotates, it transfers the appropriate amount of ink to the flexographic plate, which then directly imprints on the belt material. After drying by the dryer, the entire printing process is completed.
