1) 2 Colors Flexo Label Printing Machine can print multi rolls at the same time, It depends mainly on the width of the material.
2) It is used for flexo label printing in polyester satin ribbons, cotton tape , woven label, nylon tape, paper, garment wash care labels.

 

Feature:

 

Through the precision mesh rod in rotation, an appropriate amount of ink is transferred to the flexible resin plate, which then directly imprints on the tape material. After being dried by the built-in desiccant, the entire printing process is completed. The printed tape material is then dried in a H90 constant temperature oven for 3-8 hours to achieve a "no decolorization" effect

The 2 colors flexo label printing machine is easy to operate, flexible, and has strong mechanical stability. The printing length can be changed by converting the gear plate cylinder. It produces strong printing colors, high color fastness, and water resistance

Printing PET can be equipped with a UV drying system, rectifying system, rectifying tension system, and can use both UV ink and environmentally friendly ink.
